Reporting Intellectual Property Infringements

1. Notice of Infringement

Teendar respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to clear claims of copyright infringement committed on our platform.

If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative, you may report suspected infringement by submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent listed below.

2. Required Takedown Details

To be effective, your Takedown Notice must include the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., links to the original work or description).
  • Identification of the infringing material on Teendar that you request to be removed, including the exact URL(s).
  • Your contact information, including your name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Counter-Notification

If a listing or image you uploaded has been removed under this policy, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Identification of the material that was removed and the URL location prior to removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone, email) and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.
